Pumpkin spice Latte

– DiY/recipe–
Pumpkin Spice Lattes- I know that its really common white girl to say, but you gotta love them! Every time they come out I instantly fall in love with fall again. So much so, that I want to have my daily dose of PSL even in the midst of christmas season, where starbucks has already moved on to christmas drinks. So obviously I had to find a way to make them, and this recipe gives you your Pumkin Spice Latte even cheaper, but exactly the same as the original!
The basic ingredient that starbucks uses is the Pumkin Spice Syrup by the brand Monin (they actually buy all thir syrups from there), which you can easily order online!
I got a 700ml bottle for 7 Euros (link here), that will last me a really long time. While I was at it, I actually bought a gingerbread and peppermint syrup too, so stay tuned for some christmas drinks and cocktails!

What you'll need

You'll need:

  • Milk of choice (works well with soy milk as a vegan option)
  • 1 freshly brewed espresso shot
  • Monin syrup Pumpkin spice latte (order online, for example here)
  • Optional: cinnimon, pumpkin spice & whipped cream for decoration

    How to

This is super easy, just:

-Whisk 600ml of Milk just like you would normally would for your latte.
-Add with 2-3 pumps of Monin Pumkin Spice Syrup into glass/cup of choice
-Brew Espresso and add into glass.
-Decorate with whipped cream and cinnimon/pumpkin spice (optional)

And there you have it! The super easy way you can copy Starbuck's Pumpkin Spice Latte!
